Dakana Refund Policy

1. Introduction: Welcome to Dakana. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as the customer when making a purchase from Dakana Ltd. To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased one or more of the items sold on www.dakana.co.uk. If you wish to return or cancel an item, as the consumer, you will be responsible for the cost of postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.

2. Returns: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items purchased from Dakana. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. To start a return, please contact Dakana at dakana.official@gmail.com . Once the return has been started, you will be sent instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted. 

3. Exchanges: Dakana does not offer direct exchanges due to the shipping model we use. We recommend that the best and most efficient way to swap a product is to return the item and re-purchase once it has been processed. Please also refer to clause 5of this policy.

4. Cancellation Period: Customers have a 14-day cancellation period starting from the day they receive the item. If they wish to cancel their order, they must inform Dakana within this period. If an item has been despatched before cancellation, the customer must return it before Dakana is able to offer a refund.

5. Sizing Guides: Dakana Ltd is a small business committed to providing excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we encourage customers to refer to the sizing guides provided on our product pages. This helps in selecting the right size and reduces the need for returns.

6. Faulty Items:  Please inspect your item as soon as possible upon receipt and contact Dakana immediately if the item is incorrect, damaged or defective. If the item received is faulty, Dakana will make further arrangements to resolve the issue. You may be asked to provide photographs of the item. 

7. How to Return Items: To initiate a return, customers should contact Dakana's customer service team within the specified timeframe. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item and process the refund.

8. Refund Process: Once Dakana receives the returned item and verifies its condition, a refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
