At Dakana, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To help minimise the need for returns, we encourage all customers to review the product descriptions and size guides available on our website before placing an order.

1. Cancellations and Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you then have an additional 14 calendar days to return the items. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging. If you cancel your order under these rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not what was ordered.

2. Returns

If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intent to return. Proof of purchase is required, and only the original purchaser is eligible to request a return or refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. This includes being in the same condition as received, with all original labels attached. Proof of purchase is required, and refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. We will refund the item cost and any standard delivery charges paid. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, such as for a different size or colour, please contact us in advance to confirm availability. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and exchanges are only available to the original purchaser. Customers are responsible for the return postage and the shipping cost of the replacement item unless the original item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items should be returned in the same condition as received, with original labels attached where possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase. In these cases, Dakana will cover the cost of return postage and provide a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable.
